The vote results for the EUROPA 2014 best postage stamp “Musical Instruments” were summed up in January 2014. No definite winner was chosen because of the voting pattern.
FSUE Marka Publishing and Trading Centre has continued working on the issue, and now we are announcing the second stage of vote.

To give your vote, please contact us at office@marka-art.ru. Please indicate “Contest” as the subject, and the design number in the body. The votes received will be taken into account by the Art Council while defining the winner. The contest results will be published at www.rusmarka.ru at the end of February 2014.
