The Federal State Unitary Enterprise "Marka" Publishing and Trading Centre is happy to announce a vote for the best 2014 postage stamp design "Musical Instruments" within the framework of the Europe Programme.
The short list comprises 4 designs by three finalists:
To cast your vote for the design you like the most, please send an email at office@marka-art.ru. Please indicate "Contest" as the subject and write the design number in the body of the letter. The votes received will be taken into considration by the Arts Council while defining the wiiner.
The Contest results will be summed up and published on our website on 15 January 2014.
