Bishar A. Hussein has expressed his gratitude to A.V. Adibekov, WADP Chairman, Director General of the PTC “Marka” for active support of activities on the philately development as well as for the presidency in the workshop for countries of the Asia-Pacific region held in Bangkok from 6 to 8 of August 2013. Bishar A. Hussein has also mention a high level of the presentation on “Printing Technologies of the Artistic Stamps of the Russian Federation and Marketing Innovations in Philately” made by the FSUE PTC “Marka” under jurisdiction of the Federal Agency of Communications and he expressed his hope for the further mutually advantageous cooperation in the philately development.
