During the session changes and additions to the thematic plan of postage stamps issuance for 2013 and additions to the thematic plan for 2014 have been approved as well as the applications on the issuance of state signs of postal payment have been considered.
The thematic plan of postage stamps issuance for 2013 have been completed with issues dedicated to the Council of Federation and the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, the 20th Anniversary of the Constitution of the Russian Federation.
The issuance of postage stamp in the framework of the Joint Issue between the Russian Federation and the Democratic People's Republic of Korea, the State signs of postal payment dedicated to the Baikal-Amur Mainline, issues dedicated to the 70th Anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War (1941-1945) and others issues have been included to the thematic plan for 2014.
