FSUE PTC “Marka” has summed up the competition in the best stamps issue of 2012. The voting was taken online at the website www.rusmarka.ru and in the Post salon, as well as among the members of the Philatelic Council.
As a result, the most interesting stamps issues are:
- postage stamp "EUROPA Stamps issue. Visit to Russia";
- souvenir sheet with a postage stamp “Architectural ensemble of the Trinity-Sergius Lavra” in a series of World Cultural Heritage of Russia;
- postage stamp “National costumes. Joint issue of the Communications Administrations of the RCC member states”
The tradition of the determination of the best postage stamp will be continued on the basis of issue of 2013.
