The competition will be held by open vote by e-mail.
All the postage stamps, souvenir sheets of 2012 issued by FSUE PTC “Marka” participate in this competition
You should contact office@marka-art.ru for voting. Please indicate ‘’Postage stamp of 2012” as a subject of your letter and write the best and / or worst issue of postage stamps in the body of the letter
The findings will be available on FSUE PTC “Marka” website www.rusmarka.ru in mid-March 2013
