Catalogues of the state signs of postal payment and an annual set of magazine "Philately" of 2011 year of FSUE PTC "Marka", subordinated of Rossvyaz have been presented in a literary competitive class at the XIII National philatelic exhibition with international participation "Ukrfilexpo-2012".
Philatelic exhibition dedicated to the 20th anniversary of the modern Ukrainian issuance of stamps and the 125th anniversary the Odessa Society of Philatelists was held from August 10 to August 15, 2012, in the Odessa Museum of Literature. More than 100 exhibits from seven countries were demonstrated at the exhibition.
On results of competition catalog "Postage stamps of the Russian Empire 1857 - 1919, the RSFSR 1918 - 1923, the Soviet Union 1923 - 1960", issued by the Federal Communications Agency was awarded the Gold Medal. Magazine "Philately" was marked by a Large Gold medal.
