Определена структура и перечень филателистических материалов для двух следующих томов «Каталога государственных знаков почтовой оплаты»

 

The structure and list of philatelic materials for the next two volumes of "Catalogue of the state signs of postal payment" were determined.  

 The regular meeting of the Editorial Board working on the Catalogue of the state signs of postal payment was held.

 The meeting was attended by experts of Federal Communications Agency, FSUE Publishing and Trading Centre "Marka", Central Museum of Communications n.a. A.S. Popov and the Union of Philatelists of Russia.

 The structure and list of philatelic materials to be included in the next two volumes of the Catalogue were determined.

 "Catalogue of the state signs of postal payment. Stationary with commemorative stamps (envelopes, cards, letter-cards)" will be published in 2012.

 Catalogue will contain the following sections:

∙ The Russian Empire (1857-1917)

∙ The RSFSR (until 1923)

∙ The USSR (1923 - 1991)

∙ The Russian Federation (1992 - 2012)

∙ The Grand Duchy of Finland (until December 1917);

∙ The People's Republic of Tannu Tuva and the Tuvan People's Republic (1921 - 1944).

 "Catalogue of the state signs of postal prepayment. Zemskaya post. Russian post abroad. The Grand Duchy of Finland. Kingdom of Poland. The People's Republic of Tannu Tuva (the Tuvan People's Republic). Local post. Post of the Civil War" will be published in 2013.

 It will contain:
∙ stamped envelopes of St. Petersburg and Moscow (from 1845);
∙ issues of Zemskaya post;
∙ issues of Russian post in the Middle East ("Russian Levant"), provisional stamps of Beirut, "wild Levant", post of "Russian Army";
∙ Russian post in China and the island of Crete;
∙ issues of the Grand Duchy of Finland;
∙ issues of Kingdom of Poland;
∙ issues of the People's Republic of Tannu Tuva (the Tuvan People's Republic of);
∙ stamps of Tiflis, Wenden, issues of postal administrations during the First World War and the Civil War, Consular Mail, etc.
