According to the tradition, FSUE Publishing and Trading Centre "Marka" announces the competition to determine the best and most unsuccessful issue of Russian stamps of the last year.
Results will be announced through open voting by e-mail.
All stamps and souvenir sheets issued by FSUE Publishing and Trading Centre "Marka" in 2011 take part in the competition.
If you want to give your vote, please, send an e-mail to: office@marka-art.ru; with the subject STAMP OF 2011; in the letter indicate the best and / or the worst issue of postage stamps.
The results will be announced and published on the web-site www.rusmarka.ru in the end of February 2012.
