FSUE PTC "Marka" presented Catalogues of the state signs of postal prepayment issued by the Federal Communications Agency in a literary competitive class at the All-Russian philatelic exhibition "Russia- 2011" organized by the Union of Philatelists of Russia in the State Central Museum of Contemporary History of Russia from November 15 to November 20, 2011.
Following the results of the competition Catalogues "Postage stamps of the Russian Federation 1992-2009", "Postage stamps of the USSR 1975-1991" and "Postage stamps of the USSR1961-1974" were awarded a diploma and a Gold Medal.
