The new official catalogue of the state signs of postal payment of the Russian Soviet Federative Socialist Republic. The edition consists of around 2000 postage stamps and souvenir sheets, around 300 small sheets, sheets with art margins and coupons which were issued from 1975 to 1991.
The catalogue gives the information about number of copies, arrangement of postage stamps on sheets and se-tenants and others necessary facts. The most character kinds of postage stamps and souvenir sheets are illustrated and depicted.

The catalogue is meant for reading public including collectors of postage stamps of The USSR, specialists of commercial establishments and postal operators. The catalogue consists of 480 pages.
