The edition consists of descriptions and color illustrations of postage stamps, souvenir sheets, small sheets with art margins and booklets issued by FSUE PTC “Marka” from January 1992 to December 2009.
Index number, date of issue, English and French name, denomination and brief summary are indicated in the catalogue. There are also designers, decorators, photographers; size and form of issue, kind of paper, printing methods, form and size of perforations, circulations. In the end of every issues description there are numbers of first day covers dedicated to these subjects. Postage stamps have full size, souvenir sheets are 2/3 of actual size, small sheets with art margins and booklets – ½ of actual size.
The list of joint issues and the issues according to the programme “Europe”, the list of different series are shown separately. There are also the single table with the I – VI standard issues of the Russian Federation (with diversities) and the elements of security.
