Mikhail Gluzsky (1918-2001) is a Soviet and Russian actor of theater and cinema, teacher. People's Artist of the USSR (1983).
He was born on November 21, 1918, in Kiev. In 1922 the family moved to Moscow. In 1936-1940, Gluzsky studied in Mosfilm School of Acting.
The actor starred in more than 150 movies, including: "Story of a Real Man", "The Mystery of the Two Oceans", "And Quiet Flows the Don", "The Caucasian Prisoner", "How Czar Peter the Great Married Off His Moor", "TASS Is Authorized to Announce..." and many others.
Mikhail Gluzsky actively worked on radio, was engaged in dubbing foreign films, was a professor at The Gerasimov Institute of Cinematography.
