Memory Train is a cultural and educational project dedicated to patriotic education and association of the youth of Russia and Belarus. The Project envisages an educational program, memorial and culturally educational events dedicated to the Great Patriotic War.
The organizers of the Memory Train Project are the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation and the Council of the Republic of the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus, the general partner of the project is JSC Russian Railways.
The postage stamp provides an image of the Memory Train railroad train and the emblem of the Project.
