The Ilyinsky Lighthouse (the Feodosia lighthouse) is a lighthouse on St. Elijah Cape on the eastern coast of Crimea, not far from Feodosia. It was built in 1899. During the Great Patriotic War, the Lighthouse on St. Elijah Cape was destroyed in one of the numerous battles. In 1956, the building of the lighthouse on St. Elijah Cape was restored, and in this form, it has survived to this day. Today, it looks like a 15 m high white stone tower with windows arranged in three tiers.
The postage stamp provides image of the Ilyinsky Lighthouse against the background of the map of the Crimean Peninsula.
