The Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) is an international organization of regional economic integration with the international legal personality established by the Treaty on the Eurasian Economic Union signed on May 29, 2014, in Astana, the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Russia has been chairing in the Eurasian Economic Union since January 1 of 2023. The priorities of the Russian chairmanship of the EAEU for 2023 were defined by the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin.
The postage stamp provides an image of the logo of the Eurasian Economic Union; in a circle, there are arranged flags of the participating countries: the Russian Federation, the Republic of Armenia, the Republic of Belarus, the Republic of Kazakhstan, and the Kyrgyz Republic.
