Igor E. Grabar (1871–1960) was a painter, restorer, educator, museum worker, professor. The most well known of his pictures are February Azure (1904), Cornflowers. A group portrait (1914), Pears on a blue tablecloth (1915), Self-portrait with a palette (white coat) (1934).

Grabar against the background of the artist’s workroom; the stamp features his painting Frost. Sunrise (1941, V.P.
