The coat of arms of the Khabarovsk territory was approved on October 26, 2016 and is a heraldic shield, in which a black and white bear sits on its hind legs in a silver (white) field, with its forefeet it carefully holds (presses to the chest) the historical coat of arms of the city of Khabarovsk (“in the golden shield is a heraldic fork-shaped azure the cross, followed by scarlet fish below”).
The stamp of the city of Khabarovsk is depicted on the postage stamp, the coat of arms of the Khabarovsk Territory and the map of the Russian Federation are shown on the margins of the postal block.
