In 2 of March 2008 D.A. Medvedev was elected the President of the Russian Federation. Dmitriy Anatolievich was born in 14 of September 1965 in Leningrad, in professor’s family. He finished juridical faculty of Leningrad Public University (1987), after that he finished post- graduated course. Within 1990-1999 he had been working as a teacher of law in the same university. Since October, 2003 he worked as the Head of Administration of Russian President and in November, 2005 he was appointed the First Deputy Chairman of Government of the Russian Federation.
