The pictures on the right show "Academic Mstislav Keldysh", the scientific research vessel, a sea drilling platform, a tornado, a scout helicopter used in ice regions. The lower margin features underwater landscape, and a deep-sea vessel Mir used for ocean research. The pictures show sea plants, seaweed, various shellfish, corals, echinodermatas, and coral fish.
