Sergei A. Vinogradov (1869–1938) is a Russian painter and graphic artist, one of the founders of the Union of Russian Painters fine arts association. A full member of the Imperial Academy of Arts (1916).
The stamp provides an image of S. Vinogradov’s painting “In the house” (Radishchev Museum in Saratov), and the margins of the postal block show paintings “Self-Portrait” (1922, State Tretyakov Gallery), “In the house”, fragment (1910, Kaluga Fine Arts Museum) and the logo of the Russian Academy of Arts.
