The state awards are instituted and granted by the President of the Russian Federation.
The medal of the Parental Glory Order was instituted on September 7, 2010.
The medal of the Parental Glory Order is awarded to parents (or adoptive parents) who are raising, or have raised four or more children as citizens of the Russian Federation in accordance with the family law requirements.

Medal For Merit in the Development of Nuclear Energy was instituted on March 16, 2015.
Medal For Merit in the Development of Nuclear Energy is awarded to citizens of the Russian Federation and foreign nationals for achievements in the field of research, development, and use of nuclear energy, for a major contribution in nuclear and radiation safety and security, personnel training, scientific and design activities, as well as for other achievements in the field of the development of nuclear energy.
Medal For the Development of Siberia and the Far East was instituted on August 29, 2022.
Medal For the Development of Siberia and the Far East is awarded to citizens of the Russian Federation and foreign nationals for achievements in the development of Siberia and the Far East in the field of nation-building, economy, industrial production, construction activities; transport, energy, information and telecommunications infrastructure; agriculture, science, culture, art, education, healthcare and environmental protection.
