Shipbuilding complex Zvezda is a Russian shipbuilding and ship repair facility in the town of Bolshoy Kamen of Primorsky Krai. On September 1, 2016, a ceremony of the first stage inauguration was held in the presence of the President of the Russian Federation. In 2018, the construction works of the second stage of the shipyard were launched; the construction is expected to be completed in 2024.
In 2020, the first vessels of Zvezda produce were put afloat: crude oil tanker of a new generation Vladimir Monomakh and multi-purpose logistic ship Katerina Velikaya. No ships of such dimensions and complexity have ever been built in Russia before. Presently, the portfolio of orders of Shipbuilding complex Zvezda amounts to more than 50 vessels, including the world's most powerful icebreaker Leader.
