PJSC Proletarsky Zavod is one of the largest industrial enterprises in St. Petersburg, founded in 1826.
The plant's specialists achieve high results in the creation of marine mechanisms, systems and complexes, which in a number of cases have no analogues in domestic practice. The enterprise's products are supplied for military and civilian vessels, including aircraft-carrying cruisers, nuclear submarine missile carriers and supertankers.
The postage stamp provides an image of a gas turbine generator in production by the Plant, with the 19th-century building of the Plant in the background.

On September 11, a souvenir sheet of four stamps dedicated to Kerch will go into postal circulation in the Archaeological Heritage of Russia series
Kerch is one of the remarkable cities of Russia; it is located in the eastern part of Crimea. Every year, the East Crimean Historical and Cultural Museum-Reserve receives finds from more than 15 international archaeological expeditions carrying out digs on the Kerch Peninsula.
Among the most valuable exhibits, there are: unique samples of ancient painted ceramics that are genuine masterpieces of Greek applied art, including a patera (fragment) from Panticapaeum dating to the late 7th century BC and a collection of black-figure and red-figure ancient painted vases of the 6th–7th centuries BC.
The postage stamps provide images of exhibits from the collection of the East Crimean Historical and Cultural Museum-Reserve: a patera (fragment) from Panticapaeum (late 7th century BC), a kora head from Parthenius (3rd century BC), a sundial from Panticapaeum (1st–2nd centuries AD), a cult impress from Ilurat (2nd–3rd centuries AD); the margins of the souvenir sheet feature the ancient polis of Panticapaeum.

A City of Labor Valor is an honorary title of the Russian Federation, instituted by the Federal Law of March 1, 2020, “in order to commemorate the feat of home front workers during the Great Patriotic War of 1941-1945”. It is granted to the cities of the Russian Federation, whose residents "made a significant contribution to the achievement of Victory in the Great Patriotic War of 1941-1945 by providing uninterrupted production of military and civilian products at industrial enterprises, located in the city, and demonstrated massive labor heroism and selflessness”.
The postage stamps provide images of:
— a monument dedicated to the workers of the Yamal home front during the Great Patriotic War of 1941-1945 in Salekhard (sculptor A. Butaev, architect A. Tyutnev);
— a memorial to the memory of the natives of Vladimir fallen in the Great Patriotic War of 1941-1945 in Vladimir (sculptor A. Pereverten, architect V. Fomin);

On September 22, a postcard with a commemorative stamp dedicated to the 100th Birth Anniversary of Evgeniy Leonov, an actor, a People's Artist of the USSR, will go into postal circulation
Evgeniy Leonov (1926–1994) was a Soviet and Russian theatre and film actor, and a master of film scoring.
He was born on September 2, 1926, in Moscow. In the autumn of 1943, he entered the S. Ordzhonikidze Aviation Instrument Engineering college and participated in amateur artistic activities. In his third year, he left the College and entered the drama department of the Moscow Experimental Theatre Studio at the Moscow Regional Philharmonic, which was headed by R. Zakharov, a ballet master of the Bolshoi Theatre. In 1947, he graduated from the studio and was taken into the Moscow Theatre of the Dzerzhinsky District.
From 1948, he performed on the stage of the Moscow Stanislavsky Drama Theatre. That same year, he began to play in films. He gained popularity after the Striped Voyage film (1961). From 1968, he was an actor at the Moscow Mayakovsky Theatre. E. Leonov is also known for his film scoring in animated films, for example, the role of Winnie-the-Pooh in the series of animated films from 1969–1972.
The commemorative stamp provides a portrait of Evgeniy Leonov; the main image features a scene from the film An Ordinary Miracle (Mosfilm Film Studio, director M. Zakharov, 1978).

On September 25, four stamps dedicated to monuments of Kursk will go into postal circulation in the Contemporary Art of Russia series
A sculptural composition dedicated to Kursk writer Arkady Gaidar and the Timur young volunteers was unveiled in Kursk in 2025 to celebrate the 85th Anniversary of the release of the film Timur and His Team. It was staged by Salavat Shcherbakov, an Academician of the Russian Academy of Arts.
A bronze sculpture of Kolobok (a Roly-Poly), created for park improvement in Kursk, was designed by Vasily Tsereteli, the President of the Russian Academy of Arts, and artist Evgeniy Teterin. In 2025, Kolobok became the central figure of the Pioneer Park in Kursk.
In 2005, a monument to the great Russian composer Georgy Sviridov was unveiled in Lenin Street in Kursk. It was made by Kursk artists Nikolai Krivolapov and Igor Minin.
The monument To the Sons of the Regiments was unveiled in 2022 near the building of the N. Aseev Regional Scientific Library. The monument was installed by virtue of the Russian Military‑Historical Society. The author of the monument is Mikhail Baskakov.

On September 25, a souvenir sheet dedicated to the 100th Anniversary of the All-Russian Society of the Deaf will go into circulation
The All-Russian Society of the Deaf is an all-Russian public organization of people with disabilities with complete or significant hearing loss. It was established on September 25, 1926.
The main objective of the Society is to express and protect the rights and legitimate interests of citizens of the Russian Federation with hearing impairments, their social rehabilitation and integration into society, and ensuring equal opportunities with other citizens.
Since 1955, it has been a member of the World Federation of the Deaf (WFD). Since 2007, the All-Russian Society of the Deaf has held a consultative status with the United Nations Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC).
The postage stamp provides an image of the emblem of the All-Russian Society of the Deaf; the margins of the souvenir sheet feature the emblem of the 100th Anniversary of the Society and archival photos: a meeting of the First Congress of the Society, workers of the sewing workshop of the Astrakhan regional branch of the Society, a march of deaf athletes, a demonstration of workers from the deaf-mute sewing factory, the building of the Theatre of Mimicry and Gesture, and education of the deaf. The International Olympiad on Financial Security is an annual event aimed at improving the informational, financial and legal literacy of the younger generation, searching for talented youth, and stimulating educational, cognitive and research activities in the field of financial security. It has been held since 2021.
The event is focused on addressing such tasks as formation of a new type of thinking and a new format of activity, identification of talented schoolchildren and students in the field of financial security; providing conditions for an individual educational trajectory, facilitating the professional orientation of schoolchildren and students to build human resources for the financial security system; and formation of a unified educational, research and information space in the field of financial security.

On September 29, a stamp dedicated to the 100th Birth Anniversary of statesman Vasily Shamshin will go into postal circulation in the Outstanding Communications Men of Russia series
Vasily Shamshin (1926–2009) was a Soviet statesman, the Minister of Communications of the USSR (1980–1989), an Academician of the International Informatization Academy and the International Academy of Communications, a member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers — IEEE (USA), an honorary member of the Popov Russian Scientific and Technical Society of Radio Engineering, Electronics and Communications, a participant in numerous international conferences, an honorary radio engineer, a communications master, and the author of ten inventions and of more than 100 published works.
V. Shamshin directly participated in the development of complex scientific and technical projects, such as increasing the efficiency of acting broadcasting facilities; developing the United Automatized State Communication Network; reconstructing backbone communication lines; systematic use of communication satellites; comprehensive industrialization of the construction of communication facilities; and increasing the survivability of networks in extreme conditions. V. Shamshin participated in the construction of the Ekran direct television broadcasting system. In the 1980s, under the direct leadership of Minister of Communications V. Shamshin, a comprehensive state telephony program was developed.

Aeromodelling is a technical sport discipline where participants not only design model aircraft but also compete in their ability to control them.

- drone aircraft racing (FPV races).

Cereal crops are plants of the grass family (Poaceae). They are a key sector of agriculture, serving as the main human food product, fodder for most farm livestock, and raw materials for many industries.
A common external feature of the grass family is the form of erect plants with hard hollow stems, elongated leaves, and blossom clusters in the form of a spike or a panicle.
Grain farming is the foundation of Russia's entire agricultural sector; it plays a key role in the economy, food security, and the country's foreign economic activity. Russia is among the world leaders in grain production and export.
The postage stamps feature cereal crops: common wheat, cereal ruttishness, cultivated oats, and floating rice.
