On February 26, two stamps dedicated to education and digital economy will go into postal circulation in the National Projects of Russia series

The aim of the Education national project is promotion of global competitiveness of Russian education at the world level and training of a harmoniously cultured and socially conscious personality on the basis of spiritual and moral values of the peoples of the Russian Federation, historical and cultural ethnic traditions.

The postage stamp features a teacher, a diverse educational toolset, a globe and a pupil aspiring after knowledge, as well as the logo of the Education national project.

In addition to the issuance of the postal stamp, JSC Marka will produce First Day Covers and special cancels for Moscow and St. Petersburg.

Face value: 56 rubles.
Stamp size: 34×24 mm, sheet size: 110×150 mm.
Emission form: a sheet with formatted margins with 8 (2×4) stamps.
Quantity: 368 thousand stamps (46 thousand sheets).


The aim of the Digital Economy national project is fast-tracking of digital technologies in the economy and social sphere, which would provide conditions for high-tech business, increase the country’s competitiveness in the global market, underpin the security of the country and enhance the quality of living standards.

The postage stamp provides an image of the digital map of Russia, blockchain technologies, the projected growth of nation’s income прогнозируемый рост доходов населения, as well as the logo of the Digital Economy national project.
