The circular postal block, like an arena, presents all the types of the Circus Art and portraits of great circus artists: Yu. Nikulin, O. Popov, V. Zapashny, I. Bugrimova, and V. Durov.
In addition to the emission of the postage stamps, the JSC Marka produced First Day Covers and special cancels for Moscow, St.-Petersburg, Kursk, Rostov-on-Don, Orenburg and Stavropol. Also issued are illustrated envelopes containing a block, a label and a First Day Cover with cancellation for Moscow.
