October 12 a three stamps dedicated to the cartoon "Masha and the Bear" will be issued. "Masha and the Bear" is the first Russian animated series that spoke the same language with children and adults around the world, telling about the friendship of a little girl Masha and a former circus artist Bear. The postage stamps depict the main characters of the cartoon Masha and the Bear.
