Grozny is a city in the North Caucasus, in the south of Russia, the capital of the Chechen Republic, the center of the Grozny District. The Grozny fortress was founded in 1818 by order of General A.P. Ermolov. The city is located on both banks of the river Sunzha. The city of Russia's military glory (since April 6, 2015).

Today Grozny is a dynamically developing capital that combines the achievements of modern architecture with the careful preservation of historically significant architectural buildings that are the decoration of the capital of the Chechen Republic.

The Institute has been conducting its history since 1918, when the First Soviet instructor's military-railway courses were created, subsequently transformed into the First Soviet Military Railway School of Command Staff. From the beginning of the Great Patriotic War, the cadets took part in the military operations on the Luga border, in the preparation of partisan bases in the Leningrad region.

In peacetime, graduates of the Institute were engaged in the reconstruction and reconstruction of the transport network. Alexander Aronovich Pechersky (1909-1990) - officer of the Red Army, head of the only successful uprising in the death camp during the Second World War.

In October 1941, he was surrounded by Vyazma, was wounded and taken prisoner. In May 1942, he tried to escape from captivity with four other prisoners. The escape broke, the fugitives were sent to the penal camp in Borisov, and thence to Minsk. Pechersky was sent to the "working camp" of the SS. Then, as part of a group of Jewish prisoners, he was sent to the Sobibor extermination camp, where he arrived on 23 September. There he became the organizer of the uprising of prisoners.

A.A. Pechersky was awarded the Order of Merit to the Republic of Poland (2013, posthumously), the Order of Courage (2016, posthumously), medals "For Military Merit" (1951), "For Victory over Germany in the Great Patriotic War 1941-1945", other awards.

During the Second World War he works as a military correspondent. He has visited many countries and on various fronts. This life experience writer will later display in the novel "Diplomat". In addition to writing a number of novels and novels, Aldridge is known for his artistic reporting, including "The Song of the Caucasus" and "The Sea Eagle".

Works of the writer are becoming well known on the territory of the USSR after their publication in Russian in periodicals. In 1973, the writer received the International Lenin Prize "For the Strengthening of Peace Among Nations" for creativity aimed at improving international relations.

The All-Union Lenin Communist Youth League (Komsomol) was established at the First All-Russian Congress of Workers 'and Peasants' Youth Unions on October 29 - November 4, 1918.

The Congress united disparate youth unions into an all-Russian organization with a single center, operating under the leadership of the Communist Party. Its aim was to spread the ideas of communism and to involve the working and peasant youth in the active construction of Soviet Russia. In July 1924 the RKSM was given the name of V.I. Lenin.

In March 1926 the Komsomol was renamed the All-Union Lenin Communist Youth League (Komsomol). According to the Charter of the Komsomol, young men and women aged 14 to 28 were admitted to the Komsomol. Over the whole history of the Komsomol, over 200 million people have passed through its ranks. In September 1991, the XXII extraordinary congress of the Komsomol considered the exhausted political role of the Komsomol as a federation of communist youth unions and declared the self-dissolution of the organization.
