In 1818, the emperor Alexander I approved the charter of the Expedition of the Preparation of State Papers (EZGB) in St. Petersburg - a special institution in which all stages of the production of paper money and other protected products of state importance were combined for the first time in Russia.
Today, the products of Goznak include: banknotes, change and commemorative coins; passports, forms of identity documents; excise, special and postage stamps; orders, medals and other awards; protected, specialized paper and office paper; smart cards, GSM cards and phone cards; various elements of product protection.
The post block depicts an engraving entitled “Expedition of the Harvesting of State Papers at the Beginning of the Twentieth Century” and the logo for the 200th anniversary of the enterprise Goznak.
In addition to the issue of the postal block of JSC “Marka”, envelopes of the first day will be issued and stamps of the first day for Moscow and St. Petersburg, as well as an art cover will be made, inside - a postal block with numbering and additional degrees of design and protection.
