On September 4, a block dedicated to the 200th anniversary of the Goznak enterprise will be released into circulation

In 1818, the emperor Alexander I approved the charter of the Expedition of the Preparation of State Papers (EZGB) in St. Petersburg - a special institution in which all stages of the production of paper money and other protected products of state importance were combined for the first time in Russia.

Today, the products of Goznak include: banknotes, change and commemorative coins; passports, forms of identity documents; excise, special and postage stamps; orders, medals and other awards; protected, specialized paper and office paper; smart cards, GSM cards and phone cards; various elements of product protection.

The post block depicts an engraving entitled “Expedition of the Harvesting of State Papers at the Beginning of the Twentieth Century” and the logo for the 200th anniversary of the enterprise Goznak.

On September 4, an envelope with an original stamp dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the birth of Vladimir Petrovich Khazov (1918–1942), tanker, will be issued in a mailing series as part of the series “On the 75th anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War of 1941–1945”

Vladimir Petrovich Khazov (1918–1942) - tankman-ace, senior lieutenant, participant of the Great Patriotic War, Hero of the Soviet Union.

As a company commander of the 235th Tank Battalion, Lieutenant Khazov in battles in the spring of 1942 near the settlements of Petrovsky, Ternovaya, Olkhovatka, personally knocked down and burned more than ten enemy tanks near the city of Kharkiv, for which he was awarded the Order of the Red Banner.

On June 14–15, 1942, Khazov’s company destroyed thirty-one enemy tanks from an ambush. Himself Khazov in these battles set fire to eight German tanks, knocked out a few units, while maintaining his car. For this feat, Senior Lieutenant Khazov Vladimir Petrovich was awarded the title Hero of the Soviet Union (posthumously).

The Physicotechnical Institute conducts its history from the department of the same name of the State X-ray and Radiological Institute (GRRI), established in September 1918 on the initiative of professors A.F. Ioffe and M.I. Nemenova. World renown brought institute work in the field of solid state physics, semiconductors, quantum electronics, astrophysics, plasma physics, physical gas dynamics. The work of the institute's staff in interplanetary physics and cosmology, controlled thermonuclear fusion, and the motion of bodies in the atmospheres of the Earth and other planets are well known to specialists.

Tutaev Motor Plant is one of the largest enterprises in the CIS engineering industry. It produces engines and power units with a capacity of 270 to 600 horsepower, which are used for long-haul road trains, dump trucks, city buses, tractors, road-building equipment.

Today, the plant provides diesel engines, power units, gearboxes and spare parts to more than 50 engineering enterprises in Russia and the CIS countries. TMZ products are used by the Minsk Automobile Plant (MAZ), the Belarusian Automobile Plant (BelAZ), the Kirov Tractor Plant, the Kursk Plant Electroagregat, and others.

Vladimir Vladimirovich Mayakovsky (1893–1930) is one of the largest Russian Soviet poets of the 20th century.

Vladimir Mayakovsky was born 1893 in the year in Bagdati, Kutaisi province. In 1906, the family moved to Moscow.

The poetry of Vladimir Mayakovsky is the artistic chronicle of our country in the era of the Great October Revolution and the building of socialism. His works are distinguished by the use of short verse and line breaks ("ladders"); mixing lyrical and satirical element; use of emotionally colored, including obscene, vocabulary; autobiographical and identification of the author and lyrical hero.

Boris Vladimirovich Zakhoder (1918–2000) - Soviet and Russian children's writer, poet and translator, screenwriter. Laureate of the State Prize of the Russian Federation (1999), member of the Writers' Union.

In 1958, his retelling of the tale of the English writer A. Milne "Winnie the Pooh" was published in the magazine "Murzilka". In the period of 1950–1980s, Zakhoder’s poetry collections were published: “At the back row” (1955), “If they give me a boat” (1981), etc.

B. Zakhoder was most famous for his translations and retellings of children's fairy tales: “Mary Poppins” P. Travers (1968), “Alice's Adventures in Wonderland” by L. On September 18, as part of the series “To the 75th anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War of 1941–1945”, an envelope with the original stamp dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the birth of Viktor Vasilievich Talalikhin (1918–1941), fighter pilot

Victor Vasilievich Talalikhin (1918–1941) - military pilot, junior lieutenant. Hero of the Soviet Union. One of the first in the USSR made a night air ram.

During the Great Patriotic War, he was deputy commander of an air squadron of the 177th Fighter Aviation Regiment. On the night of August 7, 1941 on the I-16 type 29 one of the first military pilots of the Red Army made a ram in a night air battle over the village of Grasshoppers near Podolsk, shooting down a He-111 bomber.

In subsequent battles, V. Talalikhin shot down five more German planes.

For the exemplary performance of combat missions of command on the front of the struggle against German fascism and the bravery and heroism shown at the same time, V. Talalikhin was awarded the title Hero of the Soviet Union.

"Young Guard" - the Soviet underground anti-fascist Komsomol organization of young men and women, which operated during the Great Patriotic War, from September 1942 to January 1943, in the city of Krasnodon of the Voroshilovgrad region of the Ukrainian SSR.

"Young Guard" had more than a hundred participants. From January 1, 1943, mass arrests began. Executions of the Young Guards were carried out from mid-January to February 1943, with batches of exhausted Komsomol members thrown into abandoned coal mines. In memory of the anti-fascist heroes, an obelisk was erected with the names of the fallen Young Guard.

By a decree of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR of September 13, 1943, the Young Guards Uliana Gromova, Ivan Zemnukhov, Oleg Koshevoy, Sergey Tyulenin, Lyubov Shevtsova were posthumously awarded the honorary titles of Heroes of the Soviet Union. Subsequently, on May 5, 1990, the commander of an underground organization, Ivan Turkenich (posthumously) was also awarded the honorary title of Hero of the Soviet Union.
