The 29
th Winter Universiade 2019 is scheduled to be held between 2-12 March 2019. 73 medal sets will be competed for in 11 sports. The postage stamps of 2018 feature the Bobrovy Log Fun Park; Platinum Arena Krasnoyarsk Sports and Entertainment Complex; Ivan Yarygin Sports Palace; Biathlon Academy Multi-Purpose Complex.
The stamps depict Krasnoyarsk sports venues and the 2019 Winter Universiade logo.
In addition to the postage stamps, JSC Marka is to produce FDCs and special cancellation postmarks for Moscow and Krasnoyarsk as well as a souvenir set in an illustrated cover with postage stamps and poster stamps inside.
