The fund houses one of the most renowned and largest collections of unique precious stones, noble metals and pieces of jewelry art, which have great historic, artistic, scientific and material value.

The postage stamps depict the treasures of Russia’s Diamond Fund: the Orlov diamond, the Russian globus cruciger, emerald brooch and pendant with a magenta-pink tourmaline.
In addition to the postage stamps, JSC “Marka” is to issue a FDC and a special cancellation postmark for Moscow.
