June 29, two postage stamps featuring the coat of arms of Azov and Orekhovo-Zuyevo to be issued



Azov is a town in Rostov Oblast, and administrative center of Azov District. It was founded in 1067. Its coat of arms is listed in the State Heraldic Register of the Russian Federation under the number of 2424.



Orekhovo-Zuyevo is one of the largest cities in Moscow Oblast. It was founded in 1917. Its coat of arms is listed in the State Heraldic Register of the Russian Federation under the number of 233.

The postage stamps depict the coats of arms of Azov and Orekhovo-Zuyevo.

Additionally, JSC “Marka” will manufacture first day covers and special cancellation postmarks for Moscow, Azov, Rostov Oblast, and Orekhovo-Zuyevo, Moscow Oblast.

Face value: 16 RUB, 22 RUB.
Size of stamp: 18.5×26 mm, size of sheet: 110.5×170 mm.
Form of issue: sheet of 30 (5×6) stamps.
