"Russian Student Spring" is the most massive program of support and development of students’ creativity, which has been realized in Russia since 1992. The regulations are approved by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation, the All-Russian Public Organization “Russian Union of Youth” for the period 2015-2020.
The program is aimed at improving the system of supporting students’ creativity, developing creative activities in the field of culture and art, preserving and popularizing the cultural heritage of the peoples of Russia, using the potential of Russia to form a positive image of the country abroad.
The postage stamp features the logo and elements of the corporate style of the festival.
Additionally, JSC “Marka” will manufacture an illustrated cover with the stamps and first day covers with cancellation (Moscow and Tula) inside.
