July 23, a postage stamp dedicated to FSUE “Russian Post” is issued



FSUE “Russian Post” is a national postal operator that provides universal postal communication services within the whole territory of the Russian Federation.

Russian Post has 42,000 offices across the country and one of the largest work collectives of approximately 350,000 postal workers.

FSUE “Russian Post” logo is two squares, one of which, has a “Russian Post” wording against a blue background, and the second one contains a double-headed eagle.

The postage stamp depicts an official emblem of FSUE “Russian Post”.

FSUE PTC “Marka” also has manufactured a first day cover and first day postmarks for Moscow, St Petersburg and Nizhny Novgorod to the postage stamp issue date.
