The presentation and cancellation ceremony of the envelope will be held at stadium "Luzhniki" (Moscow) in the framework of the VII Sports Day of employees of the ministries and departments of the Russian Federation. The event will be attended by Vitaliy Mutko, the Minister of Sports of the Russian Federation; Oleg Dukhovnitskiy, Head of the Federal Communications Agency; Gennadiy Alyoshin, the President of the Central Sports Club of the Russian civil service.
Following current trends in the development of sports, FSUE "Marka" Publishing and Trading Centre subordinated the Federal Communications Agency, has been prepared and issued an EWCS dedicated to the "Ready for Labor and Defense" complex. The envelope with the original stamp depicts a golden insignia of All-Russian sports complex "Ready for Labor and Defense" of the sample 2014; on the main image is a silver badge of the sample 1941, a gold badge of the sample 1972, sports parade (Red Square, Moscow, 1939) and the modern "Ready for Labor and Defense" sports tests: cross-country skiing and pulling on the bar.
FSUE "Marka" Publishing and Trading Centre also released a postmark (cancellation:Moscow).
