The diplomatic relations between Russia and Bulgaria were established on July 7, 1879.
Over the past years the Russian-Bulgarian interaction has dynamically developed. Nowadays Russia and Bulgaria successfully cooperate in the modern environment. Ministries and departments of the two countries closely collaborate with each other.
The postage stamp depicts the national colours of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Bulgaria.
A FDC with cancellation (Moscow) has been prepared for the release.
