New Year is a long-awaited holiday for both children and adults, an occasion to meet relatives, acquaintances, friends, have fun and make a wish under the chiming clock. The postage stamp was issued based on the sketch of the winner of the all-Russian drawing competition held by the Federal Communications Agency, the Moscow branch of the Union of Artists of Russia and JSC “Marka”.
